    Plantronics voyager legend headset not connecting

    I tried turning off the device and my phone and repairing. From the very start it has not paired, please advise on how to get my headset to work with my note 2.

    Is this a new headset or have you used it with other devices? Try deleting the pairing in bluetooth and the oull the battery from the phone for 10 minutes then try again.

    I used it with my HTC and it was fine, this time i got a note 2 and from the time i turned on the new phone it is not even showing up when i scan. I will pull the battery for 10 minutes and try again. Thank you

    I tried pulling the battery and it didnt work. It is not recognizing when i scan for nearby devices.

    I'm using a Legend with my Note 2. It's a good setup. I hope you get this figured out. You can go on Plantronics website & reflash the firmware. Also Plantronics has a very helpful technical support line, give them a call.

    What firmware is your phone on? Are you rooted? What carrier is it with? Does the plantronics have a limit on how many devices it can be paired with?

    Is the light flashing blue and red? If it's not, your not in pair mode. Can something else recognize it? Laptop, any other phone, tablet? Is blu tooth turned on? Don't laugh I did that once. Keep us updated.
