Why do we need an App to unlock Note 2 LTE ,when you can easily unlock it with unlock code.
Anyone can Unlock Note 2 LTE using unlock code easily and safely.Their is no risk in it.
You can get unlock code from your network provider or on-line vendors .
Network provider will give unlock code only when the Contract period is over.
From On-line vendors like SimpleUnlocking.com unlock codes can be purchased for a small price at anytime .
They will provide unlock codes along with simple instruction. Follow the instruction and unlock your Note 2 LTE easily.

Just a note:
In the USA it is now illegal to unlock your phone without the carrier's permission. I believe that law took effect Jan 27, 2013. You can still unlock it by contacting the carrier and telling them you are going out of country and need to unlock your phone so you can use it. I have never heard of them refusing.
