    Negative Sign (-2) on Email Icon

    I'm not sure why my email is in the negative range. Can anyone help me? Not sure how it got to be negative.

    The email that I am using is my Comcast email, which uses a POP3 server.

    Don't know what you mean by "stock launcher." I do have a gmail account, but my main email is with Comcast.net.

    Hello and welcome to the forum!

    Have you tried to clear data / cache of the email app you are using? (system settings / apps / all / email app)

    I'm not using an email app, so I'm not sure how to clear the cache.

    I meant are you using the launcher Touchwiz that came with phone or a 3rd party launcher.. Try to clear cache & data like STG mentioned on her post.. And set up email again thru email application..

    I'm using the launcher that came with the phone. I'm not sure how to clear the cache.

    Go to settings /application manager/slide to all tab... Find email app.. Tap on it and clear data..
